Eloi Schmauch is a Computational Biology Analyst at NYU Langone Health, working in the Brendan Keating Lab on heart and kidney xenotransplantation. He specializes in spatial transcriptomics and single-cell/nucleus RNA sequencing analysis, with a focus on leveraging multi-omics to better understand graft response and rejuvenation. Dr. Schmauch holds a PhD in Molecular Medicine from the University of Eastern Finland and is currently completing his medical degree at the University of Strasbourg as part of the Ecole de l’INSERM Liliane Bettencourt MD-PhD program. His research aims to bridge computational biology and clinical care in the field of transplantation.
